| Donnie Klang |
Donnie Klang of Making the Band 4 was out and about in the DMV. Klang appears to be a very personable type. He talked with fans and greeted people with no problem. During this meeting, Klang leaked out a new reality TV show that he and a childhood friend have in the works.
The big dude in the picture is Klang security and , he and Klang are childhood friends. Klang went back in the hood pulled his friend up into the working world. The theme of the reality tv show is about Klang and his friend and their day to day life in the lime light.
When Klang was asked about Danity Kane and his ex girl friend, he got a little shell shocked. Streetroachpics.com asked Klang about the break up between him and Aubrey O'day. Klang basicly said it did not work and, O'Day was crazy.
Everyone knows crazy women are full off passion and taming them is the charm. Klang may have to read that new book out "Hitting those corners to tame a crazy woman". After he reads that book, O'Day will be eating out his hand but, it is too late.

| TLC- T-Boz & Chilli |
Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas and Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins have issued statements regarding the death of Michael Jackson. It’s still an emotional time for everyone and the entertainment industry is still in shock. Check out what they had to say below:
“I think everybody who knows me, knows I love me some Michael Jackson. I cannot believe that the man i jokingly call my husband, has passed away. I am beyond lucky to have met such an extraordinary human being. His God given talent was by far the most beautiful gift we’ve ever seen and probably ever will see. I don’t know when my tears will stop but I do know this, there’s only one Michael Jackson..he was and will FOREVER be The King of Pop.” ~ Chilli
“I like many other artist have had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Michael. I used to try to dance & dress like him when I was a child, so to meet him was a dream come true. He is the epitome of a true entertainer. He has changed not only the music industry but the world. His work will live forever from generation to generation. He has always been #1 and will always be. There will never be anyone during our life time that will have such an impact on our lives the way he has.” ~ T-Boz

| Jeremih |
New comer Jeremih is set to release his debut self title album with much anticipation and much criticism. The first single off the album “Birthday Sex” can be heard on every radio station, in every club, hell I heard the damn song being played by an Asian man selling books in New York City, point is, Jeremiah has picked up quite a following. I must admit, it’s very hard deciphering him from The Dream. With tracks like “My Ride” and “Imma Star” it can be said that those songs are very… Dream-like. But Jeremiah does step out of the “shadow” and into his own with his version of “Break Up to Make Up” and “That Body” and also tracks like “Starting Over” and “Buh Bye” might just separate him from The Dream, at least content wise. Another aspect that will separate himself from The Dream is that his debut album has no features, something The Dream lacks on both albums. Overall Jeremih’s debut album is pretty good, but I don’t think it will stop The Dream comparisons. |

| FAME- The Movie |
FAME I want to live forever...
Well, the movie FAME is getting new life in 2009. A new generation of talented hopeful enter the school for the performing arts to make their dreams come true.
I just watched the original FAME movie over the weekend. I remember how much I loved it when I was kid. Not sure if I should be happy or really sad about the remake. Right now it looks a little too Save The Last Dance-ish for me. I'm hoping the new version will inspire people to work hard and study to reach their goals.

| Eddie Murphy |
Imagine Eddie Murphy saving himself is a good statement. Well, with the movie "Imagine That", Murphy has saved himself. Although I like the movie with the Phat Girl , many people did not. With this "Imagine That", you can take your family to the movies and enjoy the fun. If you are a fan of Murphy , you can enjoy him at his best with very low sam-boism except if you are an Native American.
The movie about a blanket, little girl, a job and the craziness of life. This movie will more then like become a classic as time passes. Although the mother of the child looks like his ex-wife and, the little girl has the fire of Mel-B, this should not cause any alarm.

| Chris Brown |
Word is BET producers fear having Brown participate in the tribute to Jackson would upset fans of the network, who are still on edge after the crooner’s assault on singer Rihanna earlier this year.
Earlier this week, Brown — who performed Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” during the 2006 World Music Awards in London — hailed the star as the reason why he wanted to become an entertainer.

| BET Awards '09 |
Last night (6/28/09) was the BET Awards/Michael Jackson Tribute. The night was filled with highs and lows. You still have to give it up the BET Staff for doing the best they could in a short amount of time. Shout out to all the people in the GlobalGrind.com chatroom last night (Illmatic, NYShorty, CeeGee2009, Emma, Ahseya_ayesha and everyone else). Very Entertaining!!
Here are a few of The Good, The Bad and The Ugly moments from the show.
THE GOOD
Janet Jackson coming out to thank the fans on behalf of the family. Thank you Janet we really needing to hear that!! (Video #1)
Jamie Foxx performing Blame It with T-Pain. Along with special guests Snoop Dogg (still not sure why he was out there) and Travis Barker from Blink 182.
Jamie Foxx and Martin Lawrence teaming up as Sheneneh and Wanda in Skank Robbers...VERY FUNNY!! (Video #2)
Day 26's performance at the pre-show after winning Best Group.
THE BAD
Young Money - Drake, Lil Wayne, Baby (Birdman) performance...well what you could hear of it after all the bleeps.
Keri Hilson's performance of Turning Me Off/Knock You Down.
Pleasure P/Marcus Cooper running out of breath singing his own song during the pre-show. Not sure if I can call it singing...he just talked most of the lyrics.
Ving Rhames coming out with Tyrese and Taraji P. Henson for a Baby Boy movie flashback that didn't work.
THE UGLY
Drake, Lil Wayne, Baby (Birdman) for having little girls on stage as they perform Every Girl. Not a good look!!
The sound guy not have the mics loud enough for the presenters and the person that was doing the bleeps missing most of the words that needed to be bleeped...like Eddie Levert's slip. LIVE TV...Gotta Love It!!
Tiny and Toya promoting their new BET show. They say isn't a Baby Mama show. What else is it?? Picture below of Tiny accepting T.I.'s award for Viewers' Choice and her celebrity look-a-like Miss Piggy. It's the hair.

|
| JAY Z |
Talk in the industry is that Jay-Z has come up with a huge idea-he wants to hold a free concert for his fans on September 11th…..sounds good so far right!?
Well the controversial part is that he allegedly wants to hold the concert at Ground Zero, the very site where the World trade center collapsed.
“Everybody follows trends and what’s hot and what everybody’s getting into. That’s not my thing. I’m authentic. I have a consistent emotion and feeling in my music, and it’s real things that people go through all the time. I think that’s why I’ve stood the test of time because of the truth in my music.”
He also addresses competitors, “I’m not gonna be something else one day and turn around and be a whole different person the next day. These guys, they all over the place. You can’t be everything to everybody. That’s a formula for disaster, trying to be everything to everybody.”

| FERGIE |
After getting in shape for her wedding to husband Josh Duhamel earlier this year, pop star Fergie is clearly pleased with her toned physique.
Stepping out in Los Angeles over the weekend, the Black Eyed Peas singer showed her new marital status certainly wasn’t going to stop her from flashing that figure.
The 34-year-old showed off her svelte shape in a revealing satin playsuit and high-heeled shoe boots as she headed to a recording studio.

|
| BEYONCE |
Beyonce is in talks to play the late great Eartha Kitt in a new film.
After portraying Etta James in Cadillac Records and emulating Diana Ross in Dreamgirls, the singer/actress is hoping to complete a trilogy of diva roles by taking on original Catwoman Kitt on the big screen.

| P. DIDDY |
Well… Call it real, or call it a publicity stunt, but either way, something’s a-brewin’ with this one… For years, people have speculated about Diddy and Cassie’s relationship being far more than a “work” relationship. It all checks out. She’s ALWAYS with him, she lacks vocal talent– yet is still signed to Bad Boy, and probably most telling– she is the ONLY Bad Boy artist who has NEVER complained about being underpaid…. HMMMMMMMM. So is it a surprise that they did a duet about a forbidden lust-filled relationship that they are both trying to deny, but can’t resist? In this case– it sounds too good NOT to be true. But you can be the judge. Peep the video after the jump! |

| JOE BUDDEN |
Crazy Ass Person of the week. Not only is he crazy, thinking he's one of the best rappers in the game but he's stupid enough to tattoo this foolishness on the back of his neck. Crazy as hell.

| CHRIS BROWN |
Chris Brown attended Game 5 of the NBA Finals last night in Orlando, Florida. He was real low key if that’s possible for him these days. He wore a black skull cap and dark shades. |

| PRINCE |
Prince has been plagued with this pain since 2005 and was advised to get one hip replaced back then. But he declined the surgery. In 2007 and 2008, however, after the situation worsened, he agreed to a “secret surgery," but he never followed through.
Now he's is walking with a diamond-studded cane to keep him upright.

|
| NIVEA |
Nivea hit up V-103’s Ryan Cameron back in March of this year to clear the air about that crazy Rolling Out video that showed her acting rather bizarre. She attempted to explain that it was an old video that should have never been released but also touched on her former marriage to The Dream, her 3 kids and her current engagement to Lil Wayne. |
|
| TYRESE |
Tyrese was spotted at the Rome Photocall for Transformers: "Return of the Fallen"
I can tell Tyrese is really loving Rome. He is kissing roses and everything. :-) I actually follow him on Twitter and he really loves communicating with his fans. He has twitted alot of extra pics while he is staying in Rome.

|
| AMERIE |
When an artist has talent there's nothing that a label can't do with you. Amerie has always been marketable, however she lacked a label that possibly didn't share & embrace her vision. Why R U, the official single off her upcoming Def Jam release In Love and War is pretty hot! Visuals always make the track more believable. I liked the direction in which they took to shoot this. |
|
| FABOLOUS |
F-A-B-O-L-O-U-S is a little peeved at Hip-Hop’s Napoleon “Complex” A.K.A Jermaine Dupri. Recently tweeting about tracks being released from his fifth album Loso’s Way dropping in July, Fab is pointing fingers at someone in J.D.’s camp. Speaking exclusively with Hip-Hop Wired’s E.I.C. Michael “Ice-Blue Harris,” Fabolous went in on the in-house piracy and also expressed his feelings on the Joe Budden Vs. Method Man situation |
|
| JAY-Z |
Hot 97’s Summer Jam has always been home to some of the biggest moments in hip hop, and because of that it is still the number one radio backed concert year after year in the country. Last night was no exception. Jay stole the show, performing the song he released just two days prior, Death of Autotune, and
brought out the man many thought he was dissing in the song, T-Pain. |

WHITNEY HOUSTON first album in seven years will debut in stores September 1, according to a posting on the singer’s website.
Houston is promoting the comeback album with a Diane Warren-written single called “I Didn’t Know My Own Strength.” Expect to hear it on the radio later this summer. Also rumored to be on the album is a duet with fellow troubled singer R. Kelly.

|
| LADY GAGA |
Lady Gaga said that she would like to have a Foursome with the Jonas Brothers earlier this week and now Joe Jonas is the latest celebrity to embarrass himself doing the latest rendition of Beyonce’s ‘Single Ladies’ video. Coincidence? Don’t think so. What is it about this video? I have never seen any video copied so many times. I know one thing, Beyonce better had won at least one Best Video for this, because there has never been such a Phenom. |

| BOBBY BROWN |
Always the Doting Dad, Bobby Brown is apparently starting off his Fatherhood duties on the right track. Last night, he announced on the Mic to the crowd at a Las Vegas Night Club:
I just had a little baby boy! His name is Cassius… he was born four days ago.”
Bobby…if the baby is four days old, what are you doing in a club? Anyway, love the name. Bobby and his girlfriend Alicia Etheridge welcomed their first child together. This is Bobby’s 5th child. Women just seem to love Bobby Brown….Why?

| JAY Z |
This Blue Print 3 album is going to be a big deal, is set to be released September 11th. The will be released on Jay-Z's new label Roc Nation but the Atlantic Music Group will be the one's beyond the marketing operation for the album. In the past, Atlantic has had success marketing rap acts like T.I., Fabolous, and Twista. Not since Reasonable Doubt has Jay-Z release an album that was not on Def Jam Records. |

You need representation.
You need a manager to represent you.
Can you discuss Points, Percentages, and Rights?
Do you have the contacts in the A&R department of labels?
Do you have the connections with the Legal, Accounting and Promotions department at a label?
This business is about who you know just as much as it is what you know.
People might like your talent but after that it’s business time.
If you are not prepared then you are just going to get rejected for not being fully prepared.
Much of the material sent to labels is good but it is not really prepared for presentation the way labels want to see it. They have a checklist and you don't even know what it is that they are looking for.
When you are ready to have a manager professionally present you, makeitorbreakit.com 1-702-399-7254 |

Born and raised on the West Side of Los Angeles, CA. I've been rapping for some years now. The past year I began producing music. It's an art and I am artistic (one of a kind) The name is self explanitory so I want to get my music in stores, on the radio, over seas the whole nine yards. Most people don't know what the whole nine yards mean. Even though it has multiple meanings the original form it was used in was in the art of war. The 50 caliber mechine gun's magazine is 27ft long. There is 3 feet to a yard, so the 27ft = 9 yards. So in war saying giving them the whole nine yards means give it to them until the clip is empty. It is comonly used in the form of saying I want it all...the whole nine yards. I recently move to Las Vegas and telecommute back home as much as possible. My voicemail # is 702-997-3475 |

| Delbert Somervile a.k.a YoungDude |
Bio of Delbert Somervile a.k.a YoungDude
Growing up in the small city of Akron,OH I always had dreams of being an entertainer. An as fate would have it at a young age music began to consume the majority of my time. It became my life outside of my Pro Boxing career, music was my love and I loved it to the full extent of the word. It was a way for me to express myself when I thought no one would listen. I began to write about my personal experiences in life. From there I began to write about things I witnessed while being in the streets, more and more I started letting people hear my music an the more I let people listen it was then I realized that music was now my calling. At the age of 15 I started finding ways to get my music out to not only people I knew but also to people I didnt. I signed up for a local talent show at Joy Park Community Center an from there I went on to audition for Showtime at the Apollo I then later joined a local rap group named "Tha RedEyez" with members, Man Man, Big Ton(e)& myself. We began putting together album's an mixtapes to be released for the public, unfortunately that didn't happen leaving me once again a solo artist. As a solo artist I began doing shows at a local teen club formally called "SumBeach" now known as "Club Beer30" now 18+, I would do a show there every week and sometimes even twice a week for three months straight until renovation. Once again I found myself putting together songs to put on my anticipated "Debut Album" Entitled: "Mien Kampf To The World" but was again delayed because of life's obstacles. Today im back with nothing to stand in my way im focused and back in the studio now more than ever & im currently working on my now highly anticipated Debut Album "Mien Kampf To The World" with the moderately anticipated mixtape "When Akron Meets Cali" scheduled to be released by YoungDude an Cali's own Baby Dangle OUT NOW... www.Showcaseyourmusic.com/YoungDude |

Dubbed "the Mixtape Messiah," Houston's Chamillionaire arrived late as a major-label artist during his city's 2005 takeover of mainstream rap -- the Top Ten Sound of Revenge, released during November that year, followed albums from Mike Jones, Slim Thug, and former Color Changin' Click partner Paul Wall -- but he had already built a loyal following outside the South and received significant print coverage. Through a prolific succession of mixtapes, Chamillionaire (born Hakeem Sediki) became known for his deep, versatile voice (he sings his own hooks very effectively) and lyrical ability. Originally part of Swishahouse, he switched to Paid in Full, where he and Paul Wall collaborated on 2002's Get Ya Mind Correct -- an album that sold 100,000 copies. Prior to inking his deal with Universal, he founded the Chamilitary label and began grooming the careers of brother Rasaq and 50/50 Twin. "Ridin'," off The Sound of Revenge, reached the top of the Billboard singles chart and was later nominated for a pair of Grammy Awards. The follow-up to Revenge, titled Ultimate Victory, was released in September 2007.
